The Audit & Governance Committee at its meeting on the 31
January 2012 (Minute AG31 refers) considered proposals for the
future arrangements for the Appeals Committee. It was agreed
that as part of the Audit & Governance Committee functions it
would appoint an Appeals Sub-Committee of six Members on a
politically proportionate basis effective from May 2012.
Members of the Sub-Committee however, need not be Members of the
Parent Committee.
