Amendment to an entry on the Voters'
List
If your details are not correct on your entry on the Voters'
List (Register of Electors), you can apply to the entry
amended.
The form can be downloaded below, it only
applies if:
- your name is incorrectly spelt
- you have changed your name (eg by marriage)
- a date of birth has been omitted or included against the wrong
entry
It should not be used if you have changed your address,
see How to register to vote for details
on how to re-register.
