If you are unable to attend your allocated Polling Station on
election date you can choose to vote by post or by proxy. In
the run up to an election there is a deadline for the applications
to be received by the Electoral Registration Officer.

NB: A signature waiver only applies to someone who is unable
to give a consistent signature due to illness eg stroke or broke
wrist, etc. It does not apply if the person is away and
unable to sign the form.
