Community Right to Bid - Assets of Community Value
Richmondshire District Council maintains a Register of Assets of Community Value which can be nominated by local community groups. If any of the listed assets are put up for sale, RDC will inform the nominee and they may consider bidding to purchase the asset themselves.
To nominate an asset you must complete a nomination form informing us of the address of the asset, details of the owner, the extent of the site and why you feel it is an asset of community value. You must also provide evidence of your eligibility to nominate an asset.
