Due to staff training, there will be limited staff available at Mercury House and the contact centre will have an answerphone facility in place until 10 am on Wednesday 15th July.  Reeth Community Office will open at the later time of 10:30 on this day too.

From 01 July call costs from mobile phone calls to 08, 09 and 118 numbers will change.

The call cost will be made up of 2 parts:

1 there will be an ‘access charge’ based on ‘X’ pence per minute set by your mobile phone service provider

2 and a further ‘service charge’ that will be set by the company you are calling (e.g.3 pence per minute for calls to our automated payments line which is provided by CIVICA)

Please consult your service provider and the company you wish to contact for cost rates and further information.
